Parking and Roadway Courtesy To keep our community safe and attractive, we ask that you please: Keep speed to less than 10 MPH within the community. Wait for all vehicle access system gates and arms to fully open prior to entering or exiting. Park in your designated spot only. Illegally parked vehicles will be ticketed and towed at the owner’s expense. A $50 fine will be assessed for vehicles parked in spaces other than those assigned on their apartment lease contract. If you are parking in the Quarters Garage at 2222 Rio Grande Street, although you do not have an assigned space, please park only above the “nesting area” as described in your parking contract. Please park within the lines of a designated space and do not park on the sidewalk, curb, or driveway. Cars with flat tires, broken windows or otherwise in need of obvious repair will be stickered and towed at the owner’s expense. Cars may not be repaired or cleaned on the premises. All vehicles must be currently registered and have a valid tag. Vehicles with expired tags will be ticketed and towed at the owner’s expense. Commercial vehicles, boats, trailers, and recreational vehicles are not permitted on the premises and will be ticketed and towed at the owner’s expense. Please drive slowly and safely, keeping an eye out for pedestrians.
